I left my heart in San Francisco

Since I signed up for this great RR I've been tossing around a number of ideas. Finally......my mind is made up!!! Delft blue and On Golden Pond will have to wait for another year - San Francisco has won out.

I'm going for a design which will incorporate different aspects of my very favorite city. Central will be The Golden Gate Bridge from a Debbie Patrick pattern http://www.debbiepatrickdesigns.com/detail.cfm?ID=7 I'm planning some of her Victorians along the top, her cable car along the bottom and other landmarks such as Lombard Street or Fisherman's Wharf either left or right with another favorite Victorian on the opposite side. The border will consist of part of the lyrics to 'I left my heart in San Francisco'. The four corners need some more thought.

Now I am anxiously awaiting for our container to arrive so I can get at my patterns and continue planning.

Wow, this sounds awesome. I can't wait to see it. Thanks for putting up the site for Debbie Patrick's designs, they are really lovely.
